Meet Our Chef
Chef Ken is the head chef and owner of Plates On Deck, a private chef and catering company serving Central Florida. His love and passion for food started at a very young age, and today he’s well versed in multiple cooking techniques, global cuisines, and custom menu planning for private dinners, events, and celebrations. He also offers in-home cooking lessons on a one-on-one or group basis.
Private Dining Experience
Want the experience of private dining with a personal chef in Central Florida? Our Private Dining Experience includes: creation of a customized menu, shopping for all ingredients, meal preparation in your kitchen using our own equipment, plating and serving, and a full kitchen clean-up when we’re done — so all you have to do is enjoy the meal.
