Chef Ken is the head chef at Plates On Deck. His love and passion for food started at a very young age. Chef Ken is well versed in multiple cooking techniques, cuisines and menu planning. He provides in-home cooking lessons on a one-on-one or group basis.

Our Private Dining Experience includes: the creation of customized menus, shopping for all ingredients, preparation of meals in client’s kitchen using our equipment, plating and serving of the meals and concluding with cleaning up the kitchen.
