At Plates On Deck, we take pride in delivering high-quality catering and private chef services to our customers. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and ensure that your event is a success. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no refund policy.

 

Once you have placed an order for our services, we begin preparing for your event immediately. We purchase fresh ingredients, reserve equipment, and schedule staff to ensure that everything is ready for your event. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or changes to your order.

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your event. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative solution, such as rescheduling your event or providing credit towards a future order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled events, and any credit provided will be at our discretion.
