Starting in 2019, Plates On Deck provided the local communities of Queens, NY with fresh and delicious seafood boils and custom catering options. Led by husband-and-wife team Chef Ken (culinary mastermind) and Ziomara (the brains behind the operation), they relocated to Central Florida in 2020 and have since been serving up their signature dishes in Orlando, Kissimmee, and Davenport.
