Starting in 2019, Plates On Deck brought fresh, made-to-order seafood boils and custom catering to the local communities of Queens, NY. Founded by Chef Ken and Ziomara, the couple relocated to Central Florida in 2020 and have been serving Orlando, Lakeland and Central Florida ever since.

Today, Plates On Deck is known for Eclectic Soul Food which is celebration of global comfort food. Our menu blends Caribbean, Latin and Italian flavors with Southern roots, alongside the Seafood Boils, Cajun Crab Cakes and Honey Bourbon Shrimp that built our name.
