Starting in 2019, Plates On Deck brought fresh, made-to-order seafood boils and custom catering to the local communities of Queens, NY. Founded by Chef Ken (culinary lead) and Ziomara (operations), the engaged couple relocated to Central Florida in 2020 and have been serving Orlando, Kissimmee and Davenport ever since.
